How Do I Solve This?

OK, for what ever reason I can’t get my image hosting to work, so let me describe the problem, whenever I launch DB it comes up with the Easy Anti Cheat Page and the loading bar reaches full and then a window pops up saying "ShooterGame-Win32-Shipping.exe - System Error and below that it says “The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP100.dll was not found”.
So as of 3(ish) days ago this has been happening and I have no idea what to do, I have tried reinstalling (even in a different partition), I have validated DB’s cache, I have verified my computer files, I have uninstalled my Anti-Virus and now I’m out of ideas, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Press resolve.

Uninstall Dirty Bomb, then find all the files and folders that are left over and delete them, in your my games, and in your steam folder.

@nokiII @watsyurdeal , my screenshot of the problem doesn’t seem to be showing up, I’m working to fix that now.

You might have another game that has overwritten, updated or deleted that specific version since you applied an update or install.
