bud how do i run it one my server .
can i go there true console commands .
i really dont know

As far as I understand you you want to test the skin on a local server.
Just start ET.
If you have the pk3-file in the etmain directory it should be loaded.
But if you are alone you can’t see very much of the skin.
You could take a demo and replay it with 3rd person view.

Or connect to an unpure server.
Then you can see your skin in action.

or devmap some map ( eg \devmap oasis ) and then type cg_thirdperson 1 , and cg_thirdpersonAngle 0-360 ( 0 behind , 180 in front )
