How do I play DB by Steam? Nexon client refers to steam, steam doesn't take my code?

So yeah, title sums it up. How do I play DB by Steam? The Nexon client which I’ve been using says I have to use steam. I still have my keys and the 2 extra invite keys.

I also need to know this, my Keys don’t work when adding a game to steam? What do i need to do? ( There are people playing the game so it is online now )
