Hello, recently I have got myself a new graphics card, so I want to upper my graphic settings. when I do so, and click apply, it says game needs to be restarted. I restart the game, and they go back to the old settings and not the new ones it told to me reset to. I have posted multiple apps on steam forums, but no one seems to know the problem.
How do i change my graphic settings!

Did you use a custom config with your old GPU? check if you have your engine/game ini set to read only.
