How do EXP mission work or are they bugged?

How do missions like “Earn XX.XXX Combat EXP” work?
I had ~600 combat EXP. Did one long game with a ~25K Score and got 8805 combat EXP. After the game the EXP bar of the mission was on 7K and not 8-9K EXP like it should be. Is it a bug or don’t you get 100% of the EXP you’ve earned as the mission?

Did you play Stopwatch? It’s buggy right now, where it only counts the second half of the game.

It’s just a known bug. Basically, if you want to complete missions efficiently, don’t play Stopwatch until they are done unless you have Stopwatch missions. I pretty much stick to Ojbective when going for credits because it’s the best way to get missions and case drops. Hopefully they fix the buggy Stopwatch stuff soon (sometimes it does work…but not always).

huh, this bug is news to me, I play stopwatch almost exclusively and haven’t noticed myself receiving reduced experience.

Either I’m not paying enough attention to the XP I’m getting (plausible) or for one reason or another, I’ve escaped the bug (Plausibly plausible)
