How could you improve the maps without changing them?

[QUOTE=attack;486029]too LB .what would you think about changing the spawn (yellow),to the blue area and let be the deliver point at the purple.
this would allow the defenders still build up in the room and let be the deliver point close to them.

you have to create some ways for attackers to the deliver point, i painted in some example ways in grey, the defeners.
so the attackers ahev some good ways to attack.+

Yep, that’s exactly what I would like to see, ala Village in RTCW, collection and delivery points on opposite sides of defenders spawn, with attackers being able to choose a short, dangerous route, or a longer, safer route, but at the cost of allowing defence to get set up at the delivery point.

This is exactly how “doc-run” maps should be laid out.

So if you could vote to NOT play maps you don’t like, you’d play them more often than if you were FORCED to play them every rotation? Is that really what you’re saying?

I was thinking on pretty much the exact same idea. This doesn’t require significant restructuring of the map - DO IT.

Which would be a great point if maps were the only thing to be tested. Testing the game in flawed maps leaves the question whether it’s the map or the game.

Camden does the game the most justice and reveals the most about the actual gameplay. If that map were to be played more then more headway would be made in developing the overal mechanics.

Maps are incredibly important, but they’re not the only thing that needs to be looked at.
