How can I get a refund on the explosives bundle I bought on steam?

Today I bought the explosives bundle in dirty bomb.
Later I was playing and I was dissapointed with it so I requested a refund on steam
and it said I had to contact the game publishers to request if I could get a refund.
And I dont know how to do that or if I can even get a refund.
