hello everybody: my question is in the title:
How can I create “moving” outline on my map?
I use the celshading feature provided by q3map2 and I want that the black outline could move a little.
I have tried to include “deformvertexes wave …” parameter in the cel.shader file but it doesn’t change anything 
Could someone help me ?
