how can i change?!

Hi. Im a moviemakers, and im trying to make something diferent.
I edited a shader from radar grass (thx chr1s to help me), because i dont use fog in my movie cfg for radar, soo i wanna see the grass at long distances too. Take a look here.

Now my problem is: How can i make the grass from radar looks litle?
As u can see here, the grass is too big compared with the bodies, soo i would like to change it, but i dont know how… i wanna change the grass size but i wanna keep seeing my radar demos without problems.

there is no way to physically change the grass models in the stock map since
they are compiled into the bsp, so the easiest way would be to edit the grass
images themselves used on the models, and make them shorter to the
bottom of the texture, they will need a mask also, so used GIMP or any
image editing software that you may have that supports alpha masks.
