How can I buy the Doom/Psycho pack if I preordered Brink and already own the Psycho?

Hello!

As the title implies, I try to buy the Doom/Psycho pack. But steam keeps telling me that I already own it. I pre-ordered BRINK with direct2drive, so I own the Psycho. How can I buy the Doom/Psycho pack though?

Please get in touch with Steam’s support department on this one as it appears to be related to their service and not the game itself.

Thanks, badman. I’ll do that. I’d suggest SD to inquire from their side too, as this problem might cause you guys a little loss of money from the players who are in the same position I am.
