On my old PC I have 17 but some peoples talking that 19 is better
What about you? Bigger monitor - making worst models , without details because in bigger monitor models are bigger ???

Regarding the 17 inch alternative, do you have a certain model in mind? Which one? And the same questions for the 19 inch alternative.

Wtf are you talking about?

19" > 17", unless they’re different types or something?

A 19" monitor will mean more detail, so long as you increase your resolution to suit - which of course you would.

well bigger monitors usually go to widescreen. and that kinda sucks. im using 17". but a 19" would be better. btw higher res= lower fps xD

The question is more around your available budget, I think. I all cases, I’d think 19" > 17". Depending on what you do (aside from gaming) you might also think about a wide screen as this would allow you to see a bunch of apps side by side.

It’s all about what you want. My dad has a few computers and the one with the 19 inch looks cool (so massive compared to the others around the house) but the one with the 17 inch has better colour quality (by the way the 19 inch is a lcd whereas 17 inch isn’t :stuck_out_tongue: )

19" CRT monitors go for around $90 Canadian if you have the room

usually bigger is better in monitors

2 24 in Dells or one 30 in.

Honestly, if you’re going with an LCD monitor, in my opinion anything smaller than a 22 in looks cheap and flimsy and the screens I have seen don’t look very impressive either.

Stick with a CRT in my opinion for the 19in and lower, 22 in to 30 in LCD.

o u were talking about CRT?
basicly in my country there is a 19" lcd with good contrast and speed 8ms. for 3000kr(thats about 3000/13=$, do tha math)
