This is getting ridicolous now. I don’t know if it’s the patch, AC, or just “we just woke up”…
Try to join a server (if you can get to the favorites before… nevermind) and get in the game. I know I keep seeing the loading screen and hearing everything happening in the actual game for longer than ever. Then I have to wait that excess 15sec for “deployment”.
This must be some steamissue. Can not be a patch issue… surely.
Actually, I’m pretty sure it is the patch.
The developers are aware of it and are most likely working to fix it.
Someone told me that hitting alt+F4 would force it to load faster but it just makes the game crash, can someone help please?
@cornJester It sounds like you’re low on ram. Try downloading more ram and see if that works.
You joke, but restarting the game and joining a different server can actually be faster.
Seriously, they need to hotfix this as soon as possible, can’t be waiting several weeks for the next patch.
It sucks but it’s not a huge deal. Only happens when you join a new server that is already in an in-progress game. If you join a server that is in the Lobby, which you can filter for, you’re fine. Then just stay in the server rather than swap around if possible. Also, it’s only 60 seconds. Or it’s only 60 seconds for me. So nothing to really get incredibly riled over even if it’s annoying.
ONLY 60 seconds? That’s about a lifetime in game world. And if you join a lobby, you have to wait too. I sometimes just want a quick game and it’s not possible right now.
I guess I just don’t see it as being a huge deal when there are workarounds and the ability to alt-tab.
I’ve had the loading bug quite a few times. Never once have I had it when joining a lobby or from staying on the same server. Has anybody else had the issue while staying on the same server?
60 seconds is pretty big thing if you are browsing servers and trying to join them in mid game especially since someone has to do it as people are leaving so easily.
It adds up quite bunch of waiting time compared to playing time.
when this happens to me, I just press the “Print” button of my pc (when the screen tells me to push any button to start) and the game starts, sometimes it takes more than one push to the button, but it always help, I hope it will help somebody too 
its more like 1m30s-2mins and when you have an SSD and have to wait this long, it doesn’t make you want to keep going through the same thing every time you join a new server. Plus it makes it super hard for a team that gets a lot of quitters and who are probably pushed back to the spawn to get going while everyone is stuck loading the map who is newly joining. Sort it out

I for one am not going to touch the game before this shit gets fixed, the game consists of so much waiting already.

I just don’t personally see 60 seconds as more than annoying. I want it fixed but I’m not going to issue a calling all cars to rally on Reddit and burn the whole place down over it. You can filter for “Lobby” and join those instead of an in progress map if it truly does upset you.
