How about allowing lunging?

I think that if you perfrom a melee attack mid air after a sprint jump you shouldnt instantly loose all your momentum…
thats all what do you think?

I agree. It kind of defies the laws of physics to lose all momentum when you don’t eject additional mass, but the same could be said about wall jumping.

@JJMAJR yeah… I jsut think it would make for pretty cool Katana heavy attakc if you coudl lugne and stba someone in the face, and make it much mroe than just somethign to kill stationary snipers

Completely Agree . Although it benefits more on the Phantom .
But considering the current state of Phantom , this is much deserved. A slight buff on the Mellee damage on this attack would be lovely .

After they changed melee the lunge for phantom was basically useless, this would help so much. Don’t make him beyblade again, but right now the sword is kind of a joke.

You somehow think he’ll ever get close enough to melee someone with all that noise and not-being-invisible. - Lunge can 1shot squishy mercs (including every medic besides Sawbonez), but that’s what got Phantom nerfed in the first place: not his ability to escape a fight or sneak around. - Even if I dislike the lunge as it is now, making the heavy swing more difficult to land is the only way to balance it. (Although, I believe allowing the heavy swing to gib on kill would make it equal to a sniper’s headshot pre-nerf.)
