It would be a lot of additional work if they didn’t do it yet. It means they’ll have to creat accurate clipping for all headwear, which is a lot of work I would think.
Hitboxs/Health?
not only you’d need accurate clipping but also new animations and physical behavior of those.
So yea, would be far too much work granting moderate improvements only.
(But more or less had the same with asking about realistic clothing and destroyable environment(up to a certain level) using physX. It’s just too complex.
Indeed, shooting a block out of the wall to create a step-up to a new floor and such.
I’m afraid that’s something for the next generation of games though.

I am going to be going operative, so you would think you would go alone, that or with another operative (seeing as a medic following into the enemy base is impossible). Also, it seems like without a fully regenerative system, operatives would have to rely on enemy medics, which might attract attention.
Light Operative very well may be the only class that can lone wolf flank, which is why it’s practically going to be my only class (aside from light engie with a sniper), which sounds like it might be good for cutting off certain routes according to some posts (assuming you give up your turret).
