This is happening constantly, since the Nader-patch (maybe way before that, too).

That’s weird, I didn’t have any issues with this until the nader-patch, so I’m sure that it must’ve gotten worse with this patch, even if it has been an issue for a longer time.
Either way, this is one of the big flaws of the game mechanics, in my eyes, along with things like the “weapon stuck bug”, and the many mounted MG related bugs.
I seriously hope that they plan to fix these before the release.
