Hit Registration Issues

This game seems to have the same kind of issues Battlefield 4 had/has with hit registration. I’ll be getting shot and decide to move behind cover and 1-2 seconds later i’ll still be getting hit or get killed. I snapped a screenshot of this in action. Note where the server shows me as being when I die and where my body ended up. On my end where my corpse is laying is where I was when I died. Latency for everyone in the server was in the 40-60ms range, perhaps a couple outliers below that but nothing that I would considered significant.

Furthermore, i’ve been on the other side of this issue where I notice someone duck behind corner and my shot still manages to kill them.

I’m curious if anyone else is seeing this in their games and if there is anything that has been found to resolve it.

This isn’t a bug, it’s a consequence of the network compensation for latency.

Call it what you like, something needs to be done about it.
