Hit beeps when not firing

In this patch I’ve noticed that a single hit beep sometimes plays when you’re not firing (or using the knife) - just seems to happen randomly.

i’ve heard that, too, in this patch.

It happens when somebody else hits somebody with the knife, let us know if there are any other causes of this too though
