Hijack cvar not working?

Hey guys, I’ve noticed the hijack cvar is not working properly. Even when set to 0, my server still gets hijacked when it’s empty. (16 slot server drops to 8 and goes to a different mode)

First question, is there a way to print the current status of a cvar? If I just type in the cvar with no modifiers it just gives me “command successful,” whereas I’d like to see what the variable is to make sure the server is being set properly.

Second question, is it possible that since I’m renting the server that the cvar is being set in the command line inadvertently by the GSP?

I have the same problem. Setting it to 0 does nothing.

Make sure you have it spelled right:

net_serverAllowHijacking 0

WTF? In their FAQ this is how they spelled it: net_allowServerHijacking 0

Could you also add what the different cvars commands are to obtain the different default settings? Such as “standard”, “oldskool”, and “competition”. See a lot of questions on the forums about how to disable VoIP and Bots. Nobody seems to know :frowning:
