High Ping to router only when gaming.

Just to add another post to the pile of slightly different ping related problems… (this is my first post on fourm)
I suspect this is something to do with the windows 10 firewall?

I noticed recently ive been getting super high ping on dirty bomb (200-988 on EU servers, im in UK), while speed test websites say my ping is fairly normal.
A friend suggested i try Team Fortress 2, where i found to have the exact same issue.
He also suggested that i should check the ping between my router and my pc. I found that while not playing games it stays at 1-6ms with a very occasional spike to 100ish as shown here:

However as soon as i start playing Dirty Bomb or TF2 the ping shoots up, to 200-2000 (yes 4 digit ping to my router):

Our first throughts were it could be a fault with my hardware, so i tested with a USB wifi dongle (instead of my 5GHz TP Link PCI card) and the same issue was present. I then booted the computer up on my old windows 7 copy and installed Dirty Bomb, after doing that i found no problems at all. A solid 1-4ms to the router, and in game a good 28ms on the same servers as before.
This leaves me to belive something on my windows 10 isnt setup correctly. I dont know a lot about internet connections or firewalls. Here is a screenshot of the current settings, which i belive should allow DirtyBomb to have no trouble?

It cant be the Router’s software since it worked fine with windows 7.
