Am from India, Asia and the SEA server pings are messed up again. SD, do you keep reallocating your servers all the time or what? 
Before season 3 update my ping and including many of my friends was somewhere between 90-120. Now nearly all servers have hopped up to 200+ (Asia ones), and 3-5 servers (all stopwatch only) are left at 120+. It hurts me so much because objective is my favourite game mode to play, and all servers of the objective mode are nearly gone or have risen drastically in ping.
Before anyone says it’s a problem of my internet or anything, Overwatch, Cs GO and hell even Battlefield games have a solid 100 ping in our Asia region and have no issues there. This isn’t the first time am having this type of problem, because ping issues have been prevalent in dirty bomb for a long time now (at least for us SEA players).

Play in EU perhaps? Dare I say Russia? Those might possibly be closer than SEA.
Actually, where are you exactly? If you’re near Sri Lanka, then SEA should be your best option, but if you’re closer to Green Turkey, EU might be a safer option.
most of the servers are in Singapore where my ping reaches 8. However there are some servers that give me a ping of 200 too, making me wonder where they are located.

many players come from there
im currently staying in indonesia, i can confirm ping is really good here.
last week im in malaysia and its still good enough.
mostly 28-60 ping max
india is just too far up
