So i know this doesnt technically HAVE to be a bug; but metting a lvl 93 whose worse then a lvl 11 seems quite suspicious so if anyone else has seem something alike then please say so, i have a screenshot however i cant post it on the forums yet - but itll come if you need it at some point

Level does not correlate with skill at all 
Level just equates to time-played. Gonna close this, because it’s not a bug ^^
