As for the second merc, no name atm, he is an illusionnist with the ability to deploy a marker, and minipulate enemy deployables.
For the marker, it has a fine range like vassili’s spoter, and will make enemy’s colors switch, enemy’s will see their friends as red colored, and their rivals as blue colored, the marker is quite small, blue/red colored, and has a cooldown of about 50 seconds.
And for his 2nd ability, he can switch turrets,health stations, mines to his side from afar, it takes as much time as a C4 plant for a normal merc, the cooldown for it is about the same as phantom’s invisibility.
He has about 120 HP, a sniper rifle, and machine pistols or Empire-9.

Great idea. I love the first merc. Teleporting could be so easily balanced. Like 40 seconds for CD. You can also cancel it by clicking a certain button. Then the CD would be 3/4ths like how you said. Also loving the teleporting idea with teammates. But the CD would increase by 10 seconds every time you take a team mate with you. By what I mean is that if you take 2 teammates with you. The CD would be 60 seconds, etc. (I think we should put a max on how many players can teleport with you.) Also it’ll have a big fat sign to the right, left side of the screen for you and your teammates. With the words “You are going to teleport in 5 seconds.” I like how you added the delay then an extra delay to balance it out. You can click a button to cancel if you do not want to teleport, same thing for your teammate if he doesn’t want to teleport with you. (Note this is only for teammates if you are taking a friendly with you: It’ll also make a sound when you are tagged so you know what’s happening and why there’s big words saying “You are being teleporting in 5 seconds.”)

(CD will be adjusted to fit his gameplay style. So I bet that’s going to be tweaked a lot.)

I won’t be talking about the guns because others easily can choose.


Now for the second merc. He’ll need some tweaks if you actually want him in game. So he’s kinda Vassili with more advanced tech. So first the “illusionist perk” will need to have a couple things. A long *** CD of like 1 to 2 minutes. Lets give it a small range, not to big or to small. Maybe smaller then Vassili-s’ spotting range. (His small tech ball or what ever only works on enemies and not his own teammate.)

So now when he throws a kinda like nade you said. It’ll make it so anybody within it’s range will be confused of which player is which. But we need to make it still available that we can tell the differences between friendly and unfriendly. So let’s say your in a room with friendly-s but they are actually enemies. They should have something that can tell you that they are not your teammates. Maybe like they have a blue dot above their heads, or red? (But that would be to obviously. Also from this we can tell he won’t be a competitive merc.)

Now on to his hacking ability. So for a big tweak, he can only hack only one thing at a time. So lets’ say you hacked a health station. You can only hack it for a short amount of time. Then the CD will hit with like a 20 to 40 second CD depending on how long the hack time will be. (If the item that is being hack/hacked gets picked up, etc. The hack won’t continue when they place down the item once again.)

Last, we’ll be talking about his health, guns, etc. He should have low health. Maybe like 90hp or 100hp? Like Vassili. His speed should be Vassili-s’ speed also. And it sounds like you want him to have rifles? Like Bolt, etc. Maybe make an entire new weapon just for him?
