That list is wrong to an extent. The SA servers were moved to Miami (I think) back in the beginning of February/Late January. Ever since then, the servers labeled as South America are actually in U.S. East so any SA players trying to play on these servers will experience a huge increase in their ping. Often times, this leads to players lagging a lot and their game essentially becoming unplayable.

So despite them technically being able to play, they can only do so by experiencing high pings (200+) which isn’t really playable for a lot of people. It ruins the experience quite a bit.

It really sucks too because this means U.S. players play with SA players and the miscommunication can result in a loss in-game. This isn’t a huge deal, but just more of an annoyance as DB is a team-based game. But hell, it lets me brush up on my Espanol!
