Hey Guys, Im New To Brink (Xbox360).. I REALLY need someone to give me a hand...

Learning this game. I put it in last night for 15 minutes and turned it off. I dont know what to do!!! When u die the guy throws me a “Revive” thing I guess. I high light it and press every button on my controller and nothing happens. I dont know how to get better weapons. I need help beating the game. Because at this point all I know is this game is just running around shooting random guys at random points. And there is SOOOOO much stuff to learn. Its a little TOO complex for a burn out to learn by himself HAHA LOL…So Could someone please give me the benefit of some help? PLEASE!!! I REALLY want to give this game a shot. ATLEAST Beat the game…ATLEAST!!! LOL.

hold down the button you usually press to sprint in cod games.push down either of the thumbsticks, one of them works, its also how you give yourself health ammo or weapon buff :slight_smile:

I’m putting some time into GoW3 waiting on the next round of weapons tweaks for Brink, but I’d be willing to give you a hand. Considering your gamertag I’m assuming you’re from around the Baltimore area? Me too. I’m usually on around 8PM EST. lol X is to give other people some :smiley: left stick is for self buff cortex ammo self, revive and all taht!

When you’re downed you can use “x” or the thumbstick. Either one works.

I think he is using the right button…I just think that he is pressing it briefly and not holding it.
