Hey Gtk Radiant...havin some troubles

Got a few questions about Gtk Radiant, first is how to make it avalible so other people may join the game when you have hosted the server.Next, is how to get the " mapcoordsmins " and " mapcoordsmaxs " right to get my map working.Last, is when i click " L ", the game crashes…and sometimes its so bad, that i have to shutdown my PC.
