I assume you won a code for something because your drawing won a contest or someting. And afterwards you’ve won more, and wanted to use the codes again, which didn’t work.
I am pretty sure same codes can’t be used twice, and stuff like Elite cases are made as a DLC, and are not supposed to be given out multiple times to one single player, that’s why they’re the same DLC and you can’t use them twice.
The best thing you can do is writing down what did you exactly win, and hope for @RazielWarmonic to see this thread and maybe giving you other codes if the rewards are things you can actually get more than once.
