Help with videos on the forum

so well im new to this forum , so i dont now how does the embed video urls work here, what i mean is , how do i post a video that can be watched in the forum, i only get to post link to videos but not the interface of the acutal video, some help please!

If you just post the youtube url it should auto embed. Same with twitch links.
