although you can load your radiant edited .map files into easygen you cannot edit them there. they’re
for reference only (to fit your terrain and buildings). to import your radiant .map file into easygen hit
file > import. your .map file WON’T be changed as you edit the terrain in easygen. easygen saves its
terrain as .egn, you have to export it via file > export as a .map file. now when you’re back in radiant
and have your map with buildings etc open import the map file that contains your terrain. it will then
be included into your current radiant project. dont forget to add your terrain metashader (created by
easygen) to your shaderlist.txt, otherwise you won’t be able to plant mines etc.
this is just a short summary and not meant to answer detailed questions. it’s just meant to explain the
general workflow. if you’re still unsure on how to merge easygen terrains with your map files, please
ask google for “easygen tutorial” and you should find plenty of them.
