help with Custom loading pic

ok guys im haveing a problem with a custom loading pic for our servers and i was just wondering what is the steps to get it to work have the folders setup like this
gfx-loading-camp_side.tga,camp_map.tga so if you guys could plz tell me the steps

to get the image setup i would be so thankful

The pk3-file hasd to start with a letter greater than p.
Tha pk3-files are loaded in alphabetical order.
So the later ones override the previous ones.
