Help store won't open

I’m try to get new a weapon and character but I get stuck at this endless load is this happen to anyone else

Hey Nooby, I just checked and it looks like your transaction went through and you own the items. You might have had a connection hickup when completing the purchase but you didn’t lose anything.

I’m having the same problem. Tried to access the store, but get stuck in “Please wait… Loading” screen. The only way to get out of this loop for me is to kill the app then restart it.

I just downloaded the game last night and am having the same issue. Have not been able to access the store yet. Gameplay seems to be fine so far. Only the store is giving me any problems. I’m using an iPad2, iOS 6.0.1

I’m on iPad 2 iOS 6.0.1

The store worked a few days ago for me, but not since yesterday.

iPhone 4 sry for late post back did not know if update or something sry for take up your guys time it was just a connection hick up it was confusing I was able to go to App Store and had full bars

Same issue is happening to me for 3 days already~ still can’t go to the store buy things, keep loading longggggggg time, when can fix the problem~~~:confused::mad:
i love the game… I hope I can play that game contiunly…

Same prob here store says ‘loading’ but will not load . Has happened for the past 3 days. Only way to get back to the game is to power down my iPad and reboot it to reset the RAD game. I have already reported a ticket about my rad bucks being lower than my level so possibly they are related problems? I have been playing on an iPad mini during these issues, but have played on an iPad 3 in the past.

Hi folks, we are aware of what is causing the store opening issue, and should have it fixed for the next update. I can’t say when that will be, but as soon as we possibly can!

As for the matter of not having all the rewards for your level, I am aware of an issue that can cause this, and again, we’ll aim to have that fixed ASAP.

I figured out how to fix this problem (for me at least). If you have ever played the game on 2 dif devices then sign outand double click the home button on your idevice to close out of RAD soldiers (it runs in the background) . Make sure you do it for both devices!
Then store should open up.
I read this elsewhere in the forums to fix achievement/XP problems and tried it to see if it would work.
Hopefully this works for you too!

( Edit: Unfortunately this does not help if your rad bucks are off)

I’m currently facing problems. I bought the big ben pack yesterday and everything was fine. Today the game can’t load the store. I was hoping to buy a new soldier with my rad bucks. I hope that sales keeps going until after this problem is fixed.
