I have GtkRadiant-1.3.8 and whenever I start it loads up then just dissapears, when I press ctrl-alt-delete I can see it in my processes so its actually running but there is no way I can bring it up to see the interface and I can’t select it through alt-tab! Help me why does it dissapear???!!

It’s called buggy software. Just kill the process manually, and then restart. radiant 1.3.8 is a beta version. It’s to be expected to see bugs and crashes in a beta.
ok I installed the beta it doesn’t dissapear anymore but when I try to load my custom textures it stops responding!!! 
cant I just get my old radiant fixed somehow??
As you know the 1.3.11. (beta) is out. Maybe you want to try it? I hesitated initially. Why change? But installed it. Works just fine. Some crashes now and then, but on the whole it is fine.
Hope it works out for you. I hate when that happens! After hours of work. and it just gives up on you. Argh.

i told you I installed the beta but when I load my custom textures it crashes and it happens everytime :banghead: , oh well I guess I just wont use them!
