Help! No one is answering

After the dickens update I am getting horrendous frames. Literally it’s like playing off of a slideshow.
Audio is screwed up also.
Nexon support wont answer after the initial:
“Hey sorry we took a few years to respond, can you please send us your dxdiag and launch logs? We promise we’ll help you.”
I checked if it was a problem on my laptop, with the graphics card or something, but its not. The update messed something up with my laptop.
Does anyone here now how to fix this?
