I can’t seem to play Dirty Bomb. Every time I hit play nothing happens.

The game should still boot, but it would display a sign in error.

Have you tried using ‘Verify Integrity of Game Cache’ in Steam? you may be missing some files.

It could also be that you’re missing vc redists to run the game.

If you try both of these and still can’t boot the game please send your log over and i’ll take a look :smile:

Because I have Auth. Failure.

Servers are offline. But you should be able to run the game, and when it starts you get auth. error.

game doesn’t boot, it exits
bad enough I’m full of crap, don’t need actual Splashies adding to the mess

Maybe has he troubles with xigncode starting not properly ?

the game itself is offline at the moment.
and to verify a game cache:

Open your Steam Library Right click on the game and select Properties

After doing so select Local Files and at the bottom will say “Verify Integrity of Game Cache”

The game only loads up to xigncode and nothing else happens

xigncode has decided that many programs are trying to outsmart it
pretty much anything that monitors network flow or has an overlay gets you shutdown
