dirty bomb wont open from steam and i get shortcut error if i try to open from desktop. btw i upgraded to windows 10

Have you tried running steam as an administrator?
Have you tried updating your video drivers directly from your video card manufacturer?
Is this happening to other games?
Have you tried reinstalling DB?
