I open my free elite case and when it was doing the thing it crashed, now i didnt get my loadout card help ;(

Even if it crashed, it should still give it to you, even if it doesn’t show you the opening case animation (because this is just visual anyway. It decides what card you get, the instant you open the crate… I think) o.O You double checked your inventory?
If it’s definitely not there, do as XavlenH5 said, and contact support! ^.^ the mods on the forum are not GM’s. Only the ones at support can help you with issues like that c:

I had this happen with a normal case a couple of weeks back. I thought I never got the card because I was expecting the usual lead card but to my surprise I got a silver Rhino. It is pretty unusual that the card itself isn’t there because as previously mentioned, cards are determined as soon as you open the case, the roll is just a tease.

You can sort your loadouts based on date acquired, maybe you just got a crappy silver and didn’t notice. If not, hope you get your elite case back from support.
