Help! Dirty bomb not working!

Ok so…when I start the game, everything goes fine. BUT when I start a game my screen turns black and freezes. I have no idea why??? I have deleted it and re-installed the game maybe 15 times under a period of 6 months. Please help I really love the game!!!
