I have the exact same problem with my mp40… :rolleyes:

yes, both my guns do this the ak47 and g36 but for some reason the mp5 of vs|monkey doesn’t…so we must be doing something wrong when it comes to the models… or there is a bug in milkshape md3 exporter… but then there would be a bug in lightrays too… and that would be odd…

anyways this problem makes my cool server mod delayed :frowning: :frowning:

First thought:
A tag.
Because it’s only one triangle.
Not sure though.

1 question: tried both
2 thought: it’s not only that triangle… it flips in various ways

AND: my tags are not textured…

Its like if you stand still, only few triangles are unordered, but if you move, triangles randomizes every frame.
I tried both applications

May be you could try Npherno’s MD3 compiler.
It has an option to correct normals of md3 objects.
Npherno’s MD3 Compiler and MD3 Viewer
Not sure if it helps.

but here it is:

so @thorn3… you must import all parts and tags and rebuild normals…then export it again…
then it seems like it’s working… i will try it in some more maps first…

LOL! thanx SAGE, you’re picking errors before the mod has run a testrun… but yes i see it…have in fact not seen it before…
but i know what’s wrong,just need to resize the turban a bit i think…
