Hello

(Zarel) #1

Hello here, unlike most of you all…or…unlike all of the forum users here, I really enjoy Brink for its bots/botmatches. I know, i know, “yer playin’ it wrong!”, but hey, that’s what I did with Quake 3 Arena, Battlefield 1942-2142, Counter-Strike:Condition Zero-Source, Unreal Tournament 1-3, Enemy Territory:Quake Wars, Global Operations and XIII.

If any, I admire, and I truly thank SD in giving Brink that equal accessibility to both offline singleplayers and online multiplayers.

Hello and welcome to the boards
do you play on xbox 360 by any chance

(Zarel) #3

Hi…uhh I don’t own any console. Sorry. :frowning:

(TruGamer97) #4

Shame oh well

(Zarel) #5

I know. And having a broadband internet connection really pigeonholed me in being a pure, singleplayer. XD

(TruGamer97) #6

Oh well as long as you enjoy brink

(Nail) #7

if you enjoy the game SD did their job

(crazyfoolish) #8

Sorry if this is a hurr durr question; what is wrong with broadband?

(Zarel) #9

No worries, I welcome curiosity queries(wow, that ryhmes). Well, in my area, it’s pretty weak, even the dial-up in fact. I don’t know for you guys but here, we got connection speeds/stability just enough to browse the internet, download stuff, not good enough for online gaming. Well…except for quake 3.

Now, I’M sorry this is a late reply. :stuck_out_tongue:

Then I don’t think that would be called broadband if it’s dial-up

(Zarel) #11

Crap, my bad. I mean, I’m siting my friend’s dial-up connection which is also not that great(or are dial-ups’ ALWAYS that way?). I am, using a broadband connection. I think the problem’s not in the connections but in our location itself…being in a province and all. Again, sorry for any misconception. XP
