Healthbar changes plz.

i think that the healthbar needs to be bigger (and/or) easier to find. I have died too many times, just because i cant figure out how much health i have left in time. So do you guys have this problem too? How could it be improved? Im new to these forums so sorry if im doing something wrong.

u need to look at the health bar to figure out your health - but a custom config might make HUD elements enlarged for you if u look into it

I know that the healtbar shows you your health, thats why i said that i cannot find my hp quickly enough. I think it should be larger by default thought…

If you want, I can could probably link you my UI layout thingy, that’ll put your HP in the bottom middle instead of bottom right of your screen. Might make it easier to find?

It’s still a work in progress because I don’t really understand what it is i’m moving around, and what each UI element is or what each parameter does.

Probably also worth mentioning that I play at 1920x1080, so this may not work on other resolutions.

If there’s any glaring problems, don’t hesitate to point them out.

Just in case people didn’t see before, the chat has moved to the bottom right and the Wave spawn timer thing is top middle now, too.

Kovacs, where do you have to put the text exactly?

If I put it above the said section, nothing happens.

Hm. weird.

That’s where I have it, I got those instructions on which file to edit from outc1der and it worked for him with his UI setup. (The [ShooterGame.SGUIHUDPlayer] Section, of the ShooterUI file, in C:\Users[NAME]\Documents\My Games\UnrealEngine3\ShooterGame\Config )

Like I said, I’m quite inexperienced when it comes to this stuff, so, sorry I can’t be of much more help.
