Health on revive capped since last update ?

I don’t know if this is intended or not but this is present since last update and I haven’t seen anything mentioned about this in the changelog.
When reviving a Rhino with a full defib charge (which used to give full health to every merc regardless of if you had the +50% health on revive augment), Rhino is no longer given full health. What’s weirder is that even with the augment on the HP given is still capped (180hp I think). I don’t know if this is intended or not but I’d like some clarification on that if possible.

A full charge never gave Rhino full HP, even with the Get Up augment.

I do know that they changed the minimum hp on revive though.

The defibs grant health using flat values, not percentages. a full charge gives every merc the exact same amount of HP, just same have a lower HP ceiling.

I see. Never realized that you couldn’t revive a Rhino with full health before, guess I didn’t pay enough attention.
