Health and Ammo packs, alternate use...

I just want to ask if it is possible that in future we could see an alternate use for the health packs and ammo packs. Nothing to crazy, I just want to be able to right click or hold the ability key to use the pack on myself. I don’t care if it takes the exact same time or a little longer. I simply am getting frustrated with the throw glitches when trying to pack myself and or people running through me or next to me taking it.

This is made worse by the fact that players with abilities on cooldown also eat ammo packs.

doesnt it work if you look directly at your feet?

supposed to but two small problems…

1, people like me with extremely low sense cannot look down directly at feet
2, there is a bug where if a pack lands between the floor and the bottom of the collision model for the player it vanishes and uses a pack without healing.
