Is it on purpose that when you heal 2 mercs with Phoenix and merc A stands in the line of sight of merc B that he blocks the heal for merc B?

You can also be blocked by something like a healing/ammo station, mines, stickies, turret, etc.

Ok, with objects I kind of get it. But with other mercs… Isnt the whole point of the pulse being an AOE heal. Now everybody has to stand in a neat circle around you…
