Having trouble getting ahold of "Splash Damage/Warchest" re Founder pack loadout redemption issue

I am having trouble getting ahold of someone directly with Splash Damage/Warchest about a problem I am having with redeeming my Founders pack loadout skin.

I previously contacted Nexon support but they told me that since it was to do with a Founders Pack skin, this pre-dated Nexons involvement with the game. I’ve posted on the Warchest forums and PM’s their community manager but have had no response back yet.

I’m sure they are knee deep in work so it’s understandable the delay in replying, but still I would like to get my issue resolved.

Can anyone on these forums know who I could contact to more easily get in touch with Splash Damage?

P.S. If I understand these forums correctly this forum belongs to Nexon (publishers) , while the Splash Damage forums belong to the makers of the game (developers)

unless shoe or badman answer, that’s about it for Splashies, but you may have waited too long

The game isn’t even live yet so I don’t think I’ve waited to long, but i’ll keep trying over at the Splash Damage forums.

unless you bought the V.I.P. founders with all 5 mercs, there was a time frame to claim your choices
