I have ping issues in EU servers aswell, 1 out of 2 games I get a ping of 100-200, the rest of the time I get around 70ms (which is my regular ping from Spain to EU servers). My connection is fine and I don’t have ping issues in any other game.
Does anyone know where are the servers based?

I noticed some servers are in probably Sweden and Germany, since I get either ~20ping on EU server or around ~70ping which are pretty close what I get if I play cs:go on sweden / germany server.
Also try checking in video -> advanced -> One Frame Interwall is turned off instead of on, it caused me to have some lag atleast.
