Level is currently just a rough indicator of skill.
It’s obviously not set in stone, it’s very common for me to get rekt by a level 6, only to check his steam profile and see 2k hours in CS:GO.
Anyone under 10 probably sucks, anyone between 10-20 should be decent, and anyone above level 20 I automatically assume as a real threat.
