Has something changed with objective rewards?

I remember when I first played Brink at release that whoever spent the most time on an objective was the person who got the reward for completing it.

For example if I completed 50% of a hack objective and then three other people shared the remaining 50%, I would get the reward since I was the one who did the most.

I liked this because it stopped the silly XP whores TK’ing you or waiting on the side lines until you died just so they could tap/gain the objective.

However recently I have noticed that even if I complete 99% of an objective, regardless of what it is I am now no longer getting rewarded if someone else taps it at the end.

Swapping classes aside this is rather annoying because I have also seen a few people TKing their team mates to get the XP gains.

Anyone confirm this?

No I still get my fair share of XP, at the end everyone who does the objective gets the end bonus

I’ve not tested this, but I just figured that you would get a percentage of the overall XP based on the percentage of the objective you completed. (i.e. if an objective is worth 1000XP, and you completed 73% of it, you get 73%/730XP).

Seems like the simplest and most logical way to do it, but doesn’t necessarily mean that’s how it is done.
