Has anyone ever done this? all of the gamestops near me arent doing midnight release and so my friend suggested i do Walmart so i can play Monday night. Has anyone here done it? hows it work, do i go in and tell the electronic guy and he puts me on a list then i come by monday night and pick it up? any help would be appreciated
on a side note, i got bored and bought the guide so i know everything about brink! woooooo
I told you mang, you just go in there and ask the kid behind the counter. If he doesn’t know, you ask someone else. The signs at the one around here says “pre-order Brink and receive Spec-Ops pack!” then below that it says “come join us for the midnight release” or something along those lines. Just go in there ya punk and tell them whats up.

I still say go in there and ask how to pre-order something. Bring a pad and a pencil if you have one. And perhaps you can sign it to her, I’m sure there is a universal symbol for “I would like to pre-purchase your jank”

This made me laugh. Over here we have an older gent, if I had to guess I’d say in his 60’s, and I asked him a question once about preordering and he says “Aw man you know I don’t know anything about that, go ask that kid over there.” Thought it was rather funny, at least he’s honest.
But to answer your question just ask whoever you can. You pay a few bucks up front and they give you a receipt to bring in that night. I’ve only done it once and that was a while ago so who knows if it’s changed.
When I inquired (a few months back) I was told that stores don’t accept pre-orders, and I had to order from walmart.com. Do you get the pre-order bonus if you pick it up at midnight?
according to the guy, i can come by at midnight and pick it up, according to the sign you dont have to preorder to get the bonus, just says “while supplies last”
