I have lost count of how often the daily progression system has decided to skip the last case and just start over. Just yesterday I unlocked the MK. III case and was hoping for the final case to be unlockable tonight, but when I logged in a few minutes ago it’s all back to the first reward.
I had a couple of matches earlier today so I am 100% sure I didn’t miss anything.

I received my bronze vassili card every week, it seems to work for some people but you are certainly not the only one having problems with mk4 case
every single time. You have to play every day. once the week starts over, you’ve got to finish a game (not being kicked or quitting prior to the end of the match) once every 24 hour period.
Also, once the daily clock resets, play ONE game, then exit to the main screen to retrieve the reward. After that you can continue playing. If you stay in a server and your day clock rolls to the next day, then you “didn’t play” the last day.
They’re broken. I’ve logged in on time twice, only to have the case not drop for me.

I know how they are supposed to work. 
The problem is that they don’t. When I logged out yesterday early evening I had about two more hours on the clock until I could start claiming the MK. IV case. but when I came back later DB told me the next daily reward I could claim was the first credit case.
I’ve gotten it the last two weeks in a row. But the other weeks I’ve always lost it.
I always get the rewards for Days 1 and 2 simultaneously. Day 7 of the previous week will reset early, I’ll play a match and receive the Day 1 1500 Credit reward, claim it, then the next game I play I’ll receive the Day 2 MK.I Case. Come Day 6-7 it resets early again, never giving me the MK.IV Case,
The other thing is once you reach the final day. Play a game, finish a match, collect the mk. 4.
NOW YOUR CLOCK RESETS.
Play another game to collect your new Day 1.
The clock is NOT static at the end of YOUR 7 day period.
Got a bunch already but i am suspicious of the credit cases either there awarded prior to completing match or clicking claim does nothing.
First time I’ve actually played consecutive days… late last night I got the mkIII/day 6 case. Today, <24h later, it’s on day 1 again.
If you ever don’t get a case, please put in a ticket to our support team! If they confirm you are missing the case, they’ll be able to grant one to your account. ALSO please make a note of this happening on our bug megathreads and include as much info as possible.
