Answering in order of listing from what ive seen

Accuracy or splash damage
Splash damage on med bays or anything with higher HP than 110 (and accuracy)
flanking with fast classes or phantom, or a sniper
accuracy or splash
dodging the grenade
fast classes
redeye (he can see you in thermals) and heartbeat sensors
literally anything and a finish
turrets, mines, splash damage, high damage weapons
close range weapons and accuracy with a fast class
long range accuracy, splash, and mines
really nothing, hes pretty balanced
again, pretty balanced. accuracy mostly, close quarters weapons ive found work best
close quarters weapons and fast classes
CQC and fast classes
CQC weapons and fast classes
Phantoms, cqc weapons, and splash

some of these arent hard counters, or not as hard as most would like, just effective ones from what ive found

Arty - Literally anything that doesn’t get hit by an airstrike
Aura - Fletcher and Vassili, or anyone with a brain that shoots her station
Bushwacker - Explosives for his turret, bullets for him
Fletcher - Other Fletchers
Kira - Fletcher, Nader, Rhino
Fragger - Fragger, Fletcher, Rhino
Nader - Squish characters that can outrun her nades, Rhino
Phantom - Good joke
Phoenix - Fletcher (1 HKO with sticky bomb)
Proxy - Fletcher, Fragger, Nader
Red Eye - Red Eye, Vassili
Rhino - Headshots, Vassili, Nader, Fragger, Fletcher
Sawbonez - Explosives or small increments of damage that can stop his health pack regen
Skyhammer - Can you run from a line? Well, there you go.
Sparks - Fletcher, Fletcher, Fletcher, and Fletcher
Stoker - Anyone that can survive a direct impact and a tick of damage from his fire
Thunder - People that are able to do 180 degree turns
Vassili - Any and everything. Usually a Fletcher or counter-sniper.

No one has a hard-counter, to have a Merc that can only be countered by other Mercs means only the owners of that Merc can counter that player.

There’s really no such thing as a hardcounter in DB, everyone can deal with everyone and that’s pretty much their intention. However, there are a few exceptions:

Vasilli: Hardcountered by Sparks
Sparks: Only countered by Sparks.
Redeye: Hardcountered by Redeye and Sparks.
Rhino by itself is easy to deal with however: Rhino + Healing station requires one, preferably two, of these: Fragger, Nader, Stoker

Well there is in my opinion something in terms of hard-countering. As said every merc can (almost) deal with every other, but some do it easier. Like spotting abilities, specifically Redeye’s mobile one, against Phantom are definitely way better dealing with his ability than other mercs.

Explosions, specifically in abundance like Naders, are much greater dealing with Aura station huggers than simply gunnin’. Or molotovs.

Competent sniper is tough but plausible to take down without a countersniper so they technically counter each other.

Rhino counters everyone in CQC.
Katana counters everyones butt.
A frag counters everyones face besides Rhino :cry:
The game has no hard-counters.

Skill!

Skill is usually a pretty good counter to any merc.

Assuming appropriate skill levels on all parties.

Arty - Close Quarters, Roofs
Aura - Fragger, Nadder, any applicable fire support, Phantom
Bushwacker - Fragger, Nadder, any applicable fire support, Phantom
Fletcher - Prayer
Kira - Bullets, she got no health.
Fragger - Another Fragger, medics, Vasilli & Redeye, Thunder
Nader - Fragger, medics, Thunder
Phantom - Shotguns, Vasilli
Phoenix - all Combat Mercs
Proxy - Bushwacker turrets, getting shot in general.
Red Eye - Arty, Kira, Nader, Phantom
Rhino - Fragger, Nadder, Stoaker; Vasilli, Redeye and Sparks if he’s not camping 24/7
Sawbonez - Any combat merc
Skyhammer - No harcounter
Sparks - Close quarters, Phantom, Vasilli & Redeye
Stoker - Nadder & Fragger
Thunder - Ranged focused mercs, Proxy
Vassili - Phantom, being flanked in general
