pregame too long
Description:
One of the fixes for the last patch was that sometimes the ranked halftime pregame lasts 80 seconds instead of 30. Well, you fixed the timer, but not the time. Now it starts at 30 and sits at 0 for I estimate about 50 seconds.

Steps to reproduce:
Join several ranked games and pay attention at halftime.
Result:
Timer starts at 30 and counts down to 0. Timer stays at 0 for around 50 seconds.
Expected result:
Second half should start right away at 0.
Reproduction rate:
At least 50%, maybe more like 100%. Hard to tell, because sometimes people actually ready up.
